Professional Housing Solutions exists because the housing options for people working away from home are all slightly wrong.
Hotels are fine for a week and miserable for three months. Short term rental platforms are built around holidays, so the pricing punishes you the moment you stay past a fortnight. And a normal apartment means a twelve month lease, a credit check, furniture you will have to sell, and utility accounts you will have to close from another state.
So we do the thing in the middle. Furnished homes, thirty day minimum, everything included, and an agreement short enough to read. The portfolio stays deliberately small because the standard slips the moment it does not.
Where we are
We cover New York's Southern Tier: Binghamton, Johnson City, Vestal, Endicott, Ithaca, Elmira, Corning, Owego and across the line to Sayre, close to the hospital campuses and the main employment corridors, because commute is what actually decides whether a place works for someone on shift.
