The homes

A small portfolio, properly set up

We would rather run a handful of homes well than a hundred badly. Each one is checked between guests by a person, not a checklist.

Who we are for

Built around a thirteen week contract

Most housing is designed for people who are staying. Ours is designed for people who are working, and leaving, and would like the interim to be easy.

Travel nurses and allied health

Close to the hospital campuses, furnished to the standard of a home rather than a rental, and flexible when your contract shifts by two weeks at the last minute.

Contractors and project crews

Three bedroom homes with parking for work vehicles and a table the whole crew can sit around. One invoice, one point of contact.

Relocations and consultants

Somewhere decent to land while you look for something permanent, or while the company decides how long they need you here.

Why not a hotel

Three months in a hotel room is not a life

By week three the room service stops being a treat. There is nowhere to cook, nowhere to spread out, no washing machine, and no space to have anyone over.

  • A kitchen you will actually useFull size appliances, real cookware, and space to cook something that is not from a bag.
  • Laundry in the homeNo quarters, no laundromat, no hauling a bag across town on your day off.
  • Somewhere to workA desk and a chair that will not wreck your back on a chart review night.
  • Usually cheaperPer night, a furnished home for a month beats an extended stay hotel, and you are not paying tax on a nightly rate.

How it works

Four steps, no lease negotiation

01

Tell us your dates

Start date, rough length, how many of you, and whether there is a pet. Two minutes.

02

We confirm a home

Usually the same day. If nothing fits, we say so instead of pushing you into the wrong place.

03

Simple agreement

A short furnished occupancy agreement, not a twelve month lease. Deposit holds the dates.

04

Self check-in

Door code sent the day before. Arrive whenever your drive or flight lands.

Straight answers

Questions people ask before booking

What is the minimum stay?

Thirty days. Most of our guests book for a thirteen week contract, and plenty extend once. If you need something shorter than a month we are not the right fit, and we will say so rather than waste your time.

What is actually included?

Everything you would otherwise have to buy or set up: furniture, a real bed, linens and towels, a stocked kitchen, wifi, electricity, water and trash. You arrive with a suitcase and start living. No utility accounts in your name, no deposits with the power company.

Do you take pets?

In most homes, yes, on request. Tell us the breed and weight when you inquire and we will confirm before you commit. There is usually a one time pet fee rather than a monthly charge.

How does payment work?

A deposit holds the dates, then rent is monthly. We take card or bank transfer, and we can invoice a staffing agency or employer directly if they are covering your housing.

What if my contract gets extended or cancelled?

It happens constantly in this line of work, so we plan for it. Tell us as soon as you know. Extensions are usually straightforward if the home is free. For early cancellations we ask for thirty days notice.

Can two travelers share?

Yes. Our two and three bedroom homes are set up for exactly that, with proper separation and enough bathroom to make mornings work. We can also put a shared booking on one agreement or split it.

Tell us when you need it.

Send your dates and we will confirm what is available, usually the same business day. No account to create and nothing to pay to ask.
